WINEMAKING AND STYLE:

An outstanding Olaszrizling selection from the vineyard under our wine estate, from an exceptionally beautiful vintage. The must of our vineyard selection was hold on skin before pressing, which means more polyphenols in the wine. Fermented and matured in a spontaneous container for 8 months, and then the wine was bottled without clarification and filtration. Wonderfully juicy and fruity wine with the aromas of passion fruit, mango and peach.
